The Shad Assassin, and all the Saltwater Assassin selection of soft plastic baits are among the best fishing baits on the market in my opinion. 

Whether your fishing the Saltwater Flats, for Red fish, or Trout you definitly can't go wrong with these Shad Baits.   

One of my favorite ways to fish the Shad Assassin or Bass Assassin Sea Shad on the Shallow Flats is Take a three ought circle hook, and hook it in the Nose of the Shad Assassin/ Salt water Assassin.    

Make long casts, and twitch the Shad Assassin three times, and pause the Shad Assassin, ease up on the rod if you dont feel a fish continue with the same pattern, this method can be very deadly. In deeper water you want to use Salt water Shad Assassin wide gap jig heads.
